I take it back – twice as quick

After a recent painful outage on a Virgin Media cable connection I was pleasantly surprised to get an email saying that they had completed upgrade preparations and that the current 50MB speed was being updated to 100 mb effective immediately.

I was glad to see that they had dropped the nonsense idea of looking to charge XXL Broadband customers for the upgrade to 100MB – and even better that it will increase to 120MB over the summer.

So thanks Richard – its works a charm
