I noted that after a recent migration to a new more reliable ISP for one of my broadband links that my upload speed had dropped. Given that the link provided a range of services that befit from a better upload speed I queried this with Plusnet – the new provider. They promised that the service would improve after a few days but it actually took an email query to get this actioned. 7 days later the upload speed trebled as they had promised and I now have a better upload than previously.
Overall – I am well impressed by Plusnet’s delivery and support and hope that they will keep this up.
