Dear G@rry – unfortunately no but I have now come close three times. I interestingly found that a particular client of mine managed to attract more unusual infections than all the others. Some very interesting questions were raised about a technical member of staff and their favourite download sites.
Sophos who I deal with most due to their UK base and their level of expertise have tantalised me a few times by indicating that a sample is a new variant or even better a new infection but so far – no good.
I still live in hope and have just submitted a new sample only today. I know that I will give it a good name if the chance does arrive.
