I recently renewed a MAPS subscription and was planning to download some packages to test out a configuration required for a new project. After getting logged in to the Maps site – I could see my subscription details and proceeded to the software downloads link. I was surprised to see a “something went wrong and we can’t sign you in right now.” message – since I was definitely signed into the site !
After trying the same thing on another unrelated windows PC but with the same browser – Chrome – I tried firefox with the same result. While checking for contact details I happened to see some solution options
– 0ne of which was to use In Private Browsing.
Given that relates specifically to the Windows Edge browser – I decide to give that a go and Lo – it works – without In Private Browsing.
Not sure if this is a recent issue that has arisen with the MAPS downloads but if you have the same error work a try.
