I have come close to throwing my Tytn II handset from Orange in the bin this week. After repeated “texts of death” or “SMS of destruction” – the handset has now ceased working.
The symptoms range from a simple freezing of the handset – which gets sorted with a reset through a need to hard reset the phone back to factory settings. This assumes you can hard reset it using the two “-” keys on the front of the device – which was the reason I had to send last one back since they didn’t work.
Now as of last night the device refuses even to boot past the Orange screen – so its on to Orange today to get this fixed … one way or another.
