Be aware that Nuance are running an offer (which I think finishes fairly soon. For $99 they a re offering an upgrade to Omnipage 18 and a copy of Paperport 12/1 and Office Printin Essentials. Speaking to Scansoft in the UK – I was advised that the Office 2010 64 Bit issues are resolved.
